- 仕事の内容
- ◇Manage catering orders, scheduling and customer communication
◇Oversee daily operations, staff, and workflow
◇Handle inventory control and supply ordering
◇Manage billing, invoicing, accounts payable & receivable
◇Perform general administrative duties
◇Occasionally run errands for supplies or make deliveries
◇Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist when needed
◇Maintain clear records and contribute to process improvements
- 応募資格
- ◇Previous experience in operations, office management, or catering management
◇Strong organizational and multitasking skills
◇Comfortable with billing software and basic accounting tasks (QuickBooks)
◇Valid driver’s license
◇Sushi-making experience is a plus, but not required
◇Willingness to learn sushi prep is a big plus
◇Communication skill in fluent English
